New characters page

Hey ya'll, I figured out how to make a characters page, so I uploaded one. Hee, I'm so proud of myself, despite its simplicity. I knew more HTML than I thought! I'll upload pictures if:
1) I can figure out how and
2) I find decent ones.

Since school is almost out, I MAY speed up updating times to twice a week. No guarantee on that though, cause I don't know how this summer is going to go.

I turned 18 on Sunday! So, I is legal now. =D
